The 2013 Southampton Schools Halloween Parade was conducted on October 31st for our students in grades K-5. This year's parade was led by the Vincent Fire Company and as usual the parade route commenced on Warrior Way, made a right onto Main Street, traveled through Vincentown Village, made a right onto Church Street by the Baptist Church, proceeded to Pleasant Street and concluded on Miss Mabel Drive.
The parade route was lined with parents and community members who turned out to participate in this Southampton Schools tradition.
Following the parade the students enjoyed classroom Halloween Parties hosted by our Southampton Township Schools PTA. Thank to all of the PTA Room Parents who provided the refreshments and planned the games for the parties.
We would also like to thank the Southampton Township Department of Public Works and the New Jersey State Police for their assistance in closing down Main Street during the parade.
